What is included in every partnership?
The ongoing team
Audience and channel assessment, monthly topic planning, recording outlines, editing, basic branded graphics, captions, titles, thumbnails, publishing to one YouTube channel, and a monthly performance review.
A clear production scope
Core videos run approximately 6–12 minutes in an agreed presenter or interview format, with up to 45 minutes of source footage per episode. Two consolidated review rounds are included. Short clips come from the same recorded material.
Recording and collaboration
Remote sessions last up to 90 minutes for every two core videos. NYC production reserves an eight-hour filming day for every four core videos, with a compact crew and standard equipment at one client-provided location. Travel, studio hire, talent, complex animation and additional languages are scoped separately.
Your part of the partnership
One accountable approver, available subject-matter experts, timely factual review, channel access and permission to use supplied materials. We agree recording dates, approval windows and the final scope together.
Same care.
Your cadence.
More videos change the capacity. They don’t change the thought we put into each one.

We bring

Before we hit record.
What counts as a core video?
A standard core video is a 6–12 minute presenter or interview-led episode, edited from up to 45 minutes of usable source material. Complex animation, documentary field production, and larger campaigns receive a separate scope.
How do the short clips work?
Clips come from the same core recordings and are typically 15–60 seconds long. The estimator allows up to three clips per core video. Each includes a vertical edit and captions; it is not a separate original shoot.
What if we need help recording?
Choose guided remote recording for sessions of up to 90 minutes, planned for up to two core videos per session. The NYC option estimates a filming day of up to eight hours for every four core videos, with a compact crew and standard kit at one client-provided location. Production needs are confirmed in the proposal.
What is outside the monthly estimate?
Travel, paid locations, talent, specialist equipment, custom animation, extensive research, paid media, community management, and additional language versions are scoped separately. The number of videos is a capacity estimate subject to usable footage and timely approvals.
Can we change plans?
We can revisit the mix as your series develops. Changes take effect through an agreed scope update. Start dates, minimum term, billing schedule, and cancellation terms are confirmed in your proposal before any subscription begins.
Do you guarantee views or subscribers?
No. We commit to the work and the agreed process. Audience response depends on the subject, positioning, existing channel, and many other factors. We use the evidence available to improve what we make together.
What happens after I choose a plan?
Your settings travel with you to the inquiry form. We discuss your goals and recording needs, confirm the scope, and prepare a proposal. Choosing a plan here does not charge your card.
